The Library of Congress now has a huge collection of Chinese judicial statistics (人民法院司法统计历史典籍) covering 1949 to 2016. The bibliographic record is available at https://lccn.loc.gov/2019364760. The set will be kept in the Law Library Global Reading Room (Room LM-240 of the Madison Building).
